This is definitely one of my favorite snacks! You simply:
- Prepare the asparagus however you prefer. I like to steam mine.
- Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
- Sprinkle with a little salt (I use coarse salt for more texture) and a little pepper.
- Serve!
It’s really that easy! I made these with anglophileconfessions earlier this week to go with one of our first IC friendly dinners. Yummy!
