I'm Sarah. I'm overweight and on a journey to find myself. I'm studying abroad in Spain until May and living with family in England May through August. This is definitely one of my favorite snacks! You simply:
Prepare the asparagus however you prefer. I like to steam mine.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top.
Sprinkle with a little salt (I use coarse salt for more texture) and a little pepper.
Serve!
It’s really that easy! I made these with anglophileconfessions earlier this week to go with one of our first IC friendly dinners. Yummy!
